Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Access to filing details requires a free account.

We aggregate data from public sources and make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information. Always verify critical information with primary sources.

Acceptable Use

You may use purchased reports for lawful purposes. Automated scraping or bulk downloading is prohibited without prior agreement.

Limitation of Liability

GDAP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on information obtained through this service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
